--The Bible is the inspired Word of God
--Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God
--In the Trinity--God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit
--Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Jesus (John 14:6)
--Salvation is by grace through faith, and not by works--it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8-9)
--The Bible provides God's pure and divine guidance. Its principles remain relevant for every situation we face in our day-to-day lives.
--We desire to see where God is working--then join Him.
--Prayer is a vital communication opportunity. (If we hide sin in our hearts, God cannot hear our prayers. (Psalm 66:18)
--We meet people where they are. We are not called to judge them, but to love them and Jesus does, and to point them to God's grace and salvation. God will do the needed changes within a person.
--We believe Jesus ordained two Sacraments during His ministry on Earth
- Baptism (Christ identified with mankind, (Matthew 3: 13-16) thus we identify with Christ as we follow Him in Baptism.
- Lord's Supper--we offer this to all born-again believers
--Priesthood of believers: A study of the New Testament reveals that all Christians are priests. Peter said, "You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ." (1 Peter 2: 5) Thus, all Christians are of that holy priesthood and can offer spiritual sacrifices to God. All have the right to go directly to God through Jesus Christ, our High Priest. (Hebrews 4: 14-16)
